I have disappointed myself as I have been in Sales & Marketing for 15 years and as soon as I start my own online venture I have forgotten the advice I have been giving my own staff! TALK TO THE CUSTOMER NOT AT THEM. I going to lie down in a dark room, swear at myself for an hour, then start writing some better copy. Thank you, What a bloody fantastic article.
